Adecla helps its clients with financial administration and reporting. As the business develops it needs more or better tools: first for producing the financial reports, then a platform for the end customers. The needs come in stages, so a development team of their own would be the wrong size of solution.
What we did
We have built what was needed when it was needed, as scoped projects: tools for producing financial reports and a platform for Adecla's end customers. The same people at Flowbic every time, so each new project starts with knowledge of the last.
What it gave them
Adecla has had the tools at the pace the business needed them, and paid for what was built and nothing more. No team to keep busy between projects, and when the next need comes there is already someone who knows the systems.
