What we process

You can read all of flowbic.se without giving us anything about yourself. The only thing recorded automatically is cookieless visitor statistics. Beyond that, we only process what you send us yourself.

Visitor statistics

We measure traffic with Vercel Analytics. It sets no cookies and does not follow you between sites. It counts page views and records things like browser, device type, referring page and location at country, region or city level. Visitors are identified by a hash derived from the request, which is discarded after a day.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing which pages actually get read (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The statistics are aggregated and cannot be tied back to you as a person.

When you get in touch

If you email or call us, or send the contact form, we process your name, contact details and whatever you write, so we can reply and put a proposal together. The legal basis is entering into an agreement with you, or our legitimate interest in answering what you ask about (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Enquiries that lead nowhere are cleared once they are no longer current. If it turns into an engagement, the paperwork is kept for as long as the agreement runs, and after that for as long as the Swedish Accounting Act requires: seven years for anything that counts as accounting records.

Who we share with

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., who also provide the visitor statistics. Our email lives in Google Workspace. Both are processors: they handle data only on our instructions, and transfers to the US rest on the European Commission standard contractual clauses and adequacy decision. We do not sell data on.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Find out what data we hold about you, and get a copy of it
• Have incorrect data corrected
• Have data erased
• Restrict how we use it
• Object to processing that rests on legitimate interest
• Receive data you have given us in a machine-readable format

Cookies

The site sets three session cookies that keep track of which language you are reading in. They hold nothing but a language code, disappear when you close your browser, and are used neither to measure anything nor to recognise you.
